Submit our online triage form to the doctor to request an appointment or advice. The triage form is open between 8am to 6:30pm on days where the surgery is open. All requests are reviewed by the duty doctor and appointments given where clinically indicated. Appointments may not be with a doctor, it may be with another member of the practice team but that person will be appropriate to manage your concern.

It is in the news that GPs can now prescribe injectable weight loss medication. However, NHS England has limited this in 2025/26 to those with a BMI ≥40 and ≥4 ‘qualifying’ comorbidities including hypertension, dyslipidaemia, obstructive sleep apnoea, cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus. If you would like to discuss weight management further, please book an appointment with our practice nurse. We continue to advise that qualifying patients be referred to the Specialist Weight Management Service. The link below will take you to the local information available.
