If you need help when we are closed
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
Enhanced access
Across our Primary Care Network (Severn Health PCN), we offer enhanced access appointments with doctors and nurses outside normal surgery times. These clinics are for routine issues only – if you need urgent care during these hours, please contact the out of hours service as usual by phone.
It may not be possible for you to see your usual GP during these appointments, and you might be asked to give permission for your medical records to be shared, particularly if you are seeing a clinician based at a practice other than your own. It may not be possible to carry out all clinical activities (e.g. smears or blood tests) in the evenings or weekends.
